Richard Pastorino


Rick has over 30 years of industry experience of providing advisory and asset management services for hospitality-related projects, both existing and new/ground-up related to economic, market, financial, and operational analysis of lodging assets; due diligence; valuation/appraisal; acquisition strategy; workouts; and litigation support for hospitality real estate worldwide. He has directed, managed and/or prepared over 4,000 proposed and/or existing hospitality/tourism-related projects located throughout the United States, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, and Latin America. The aggregate value of these projects easily represents in excess of $15 billion in investment activity. He is also experienced at managing small and large-scale advisory and asset management projects for the private and public sector, to include the U.S. military, states, counties, cities and universities. Rick holds an MBA in Finance from Virginia Tech University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Denver. He also attended the Institute of American Universities in Aix en Provence, France. Rick holds various memberships, including the ISHC (International Society of Hospitality Consultants), HAMA (Hospitality Asset Managers Association), AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association), and ULI (Urban Land Institute).


Chris Cylke


Chris has nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality, recreational, and tourism industries as relates to new development and acquisition of all hospitality asset types with an emphasis on hotels and resorts located in the Caribbean and Central America. Expertise includes market and financial analysis, valuation, strategic planning, investment decision analysis, asset management, operations analysis, litigation support, hotel operator selection, management contract/franchise negotiations, and market repositioning. He has managed a broad range of public and private sector hospitality-related investments including hotels, resorts, conference centers, food and beverage facilities, spas, golf courses, and marinas. He has directed and managed over 500 hospitality-related projects on individual hotel assets, as well as multiple hotel assets and portfolios, during his advisory career. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Clark University and holds various memberships, including the International Society of Hospitality Consultants.



Paul Landry


Paul possesses extensive experience in hotel and food service operations (including regional operations and management experience for an upscale hotel chain's food and beverage operations), economic feasibility, asset management, development and acquisition-related financial and market analysis for all types of hospitality-related real estate for the public and private sector. Given his 25 year tenure in the hospitality industry, he also has considerable experience with operational reviews, appraisals, brand and management selection, valuations and other analyses. Paul has managed a broad range of public and private sector hospitality-related investments including hotels, resorts, conference centers, banquet facilities, food and beverage facilities, spas, and facilities on U.S. military installations. The cumulative value of the assets that Paul has evaluated during his tenure is in excess of $1 billion. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Hospitality Administration from Florida State University.



Maureen Mastroieni


REVPAR International and Mastroieni & Associates, Inc. have had a strategic partnership for over 20 years. Maureen has 23 years of real estate experience. Her area of expertise is real estate appraisal and consulting for all types of hotels, resorts, office complexes, mixed-use developments, and other commercial properties throughout the United States, in addition to the Caribbean. Maureen has extensive experience in court testimony and litigation support, including due diligence and shareholder litigation. She has testified before the Court of Common Pleas and Federal District Courts in Pennsylvania and Maryland and before Tax Courts and Appeal Boards in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Mississippi, and Connecticut. She has also participated in portfolio analyses, purchase price allocations and fair value opinions for acquisitions involving properties in the United States, Canada, South America, U.K., Europe, and Asia. Her articles on real estate appraisal and finance have appeared in several local and national publications. Maureen serves on the Board of Directors of the Commercial Real Estate Women and TriState Commercial & Industrial Association of Realtors. She is a member and Past-President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. She is proud to serve on the faculty of the Appraisal Institute, and has taught Report Writing and Valuation Analysis at Georgetown University, Boston University, Arizona State University, and other venues. Maureen has a B.S. in Architecture, Cum Laude from the College of Engineering and Technology at Temple University. She also has continuing education through the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.



John ONeill


REVPAR International and Dr. John O'Neill, MAI, ISHC, Ph.D. have had a strategic partnership for over 20 years. For over 20 years, Dr. John O'Neill has specialized in hotel appraisals, market studies and feasibility studies, and he has developed and taught the course, "Issues in Appraising Lodging Properties" for the Appraisal Institute. He holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and currently serves as Director of the Center for Hospitality Real Estate Strategy at The Pennsylvania State University, where he specializes in teaching and research related to hotel real estate. Previously, he was Senior Associate in the National Hospitality Industry Consulting Group at Coopers & Lybrand in New York where he conducted hotel feasibility studies and appraisals across the country, and prior to that, was Director of Hotel Market Planning for Holiday Inn's Eastern Region. Previously, he was Senior Manager of Hotel Development Planning at the Marriott Corporation headquarters in suburban Washington, D.C., and he also worked for Marriott in Chicago. He is the author of numerous award-winning articles regarding hotel real estate and the definitive text about hotel market analysis and valuation published by the Appraisal Institute. Dr. O'Neill holds various memberships, including the International Society of Hospitality Consultants.


Robert Vitale


Robert grew up in the hospitality, recreational, and tourism industries and has almost two decades of experience.  At REVPAR International, he has managed over 200 consulting engagements, in excess of $1 billion in aggregate value.  These projects included clients in both the public and private sectors and spanned new development and acquisition of all hotel types. Robert has developed a strong body of work related to the valuation of a wide range of asset types. Other specialties include market and financial analysis, often regarding feasibility or expansion plans, strategic planning, operations analysis, impact analysis, hotel operator selection, brand analysis, management contract/franchise negotiations, financial analysis including market repositioning and other value enhancement strategies, financing, and asset management.  In terms of asset management, he has been actively involved in several hotels, for traditional and institutional clients, including special servicers.   Robert has worked in markets across the continental U.S. and Hawaii, as well as completing work in the Caribbean, Central America, and Europe.  In addition to hotels, he has experience with conference and convention centers, resorts (including all-inclusive resorts), restaurants, stand-alone banquet/conference centers, casinos, golf courses, and marinas. He has also completed a range of projects on or proximate to college/university campuses, major medical facilities, U.S. military installations, and within markets influenced by the Marcellus Shale deposits, amongst other niche markets.  Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Connecticut State University. 




Anne has over 25 years of experience providing operational, advisory and asset management experience in the lodging industry, centered on asset management, market feasibility, acquisition and disposition analysis, as well as financial and capital planning.  Prior to joining REVPAR, Anne was Director, Project Analysis and Asset Management for a Cambridge based developer (Carpenter & Co.) where she was responsible for market and financial analysis of potential hotel and mixed-use investments, as well as asset management for several hotels and retail centers.  Before joining Carpenter, Anne spent 12 years with Pinnacle Advisory Group (Boston) where she was responsible for performing market studies and appraisals for existing and proposed hotel and mixed used developments throughout the United States.  Additional responsibilities included operational reviews, development planning and acquisition advisory.  Earlier experience includes serving as Director, Financial Planning & Analysis for Omni Hotels and ITT Sheraton with responsibility for the consolidation of the annual operating plan, review and approval of capital expenditures as well as analyzing acquisitions and dispositions.  Anne holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire.



Kristine Lloyd


Kris has over two decades of experience in the hospitality, recreational, and tourism industries regarding new development and acquisition of all hotel types; market and financial analysis, valuation, strategic planning, due diligence for asset acquisition, operations analysis, impact analysis, litigation support, and asset management for all types of hospitality products, including limited and full-service hotels, extended-stay properties, resorts (with conference centers, golf courses, and spas) and mixed-used projects throughout the United States. In addition, she has conducted operational reviews, market research, and Project Validation Assessment studies for the U.S. military for lodging, clubs, food and beverage, and golf course facilities located on military installations. The aggregate value of these projects represents in excess of $1 billion in investment activity. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. She also attended the University of Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark.






Justin has six years of hospitality operations experience comprised of positions with Hyatt Hotels and Thayer Lodging Group (Marriott branded property).  He has completed management training programs with both Thayer and Hyatt and, most recently, was working in sales for Hyatt.  Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.  Justin assists with hotel valuations, feasibility and market analysis, and asset management projects for REVPAR International.  Recently, he has been assisting with project validation assessments for U.S. Army hospitality assets located on U.S. bases worldwide.




Dhruv Jain



Dhruv has over five years of hospitality experience including positions in Food & Beverage at Trump Hotel Chicago, and Corporate Finance experience with Hilton Worldwide.  He has worked in a variety of luxury properties from Golf resorts to City Hotels in international destinations such as Chicago, Sedona, Scotland, and Switzerland.  Dhruv has a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and Bachelors of Arts in Hotel Management from Les Roches, School of Hotel Management in Switzerland.  Dhruv assists with hotel valuations, market analysis and financial feasibility studies and asset management assignments for REVPAR International.
