Samples of Asset Redevelopment/Capital Project Modeling

  • Help identify appropriate redevelopment strategy and product/brand positioning for the hotel to best position it for the future;
  • Prepare pro forma projections for multiple scenarios and evaluate each alternative from a renovation cost and feasibility perspective;
  • Analyze all factors relating to deferred maintenance, brand PIPs, and market appropriate renovations/refurbishments;
  • Visit hotels to perform inspections of physical condition, to explore design/product alternatives, and to ensure interests of ownership are addressed; and
  • Prepare detailed property assessment reports to identify and support appropriate courses of action relative to the redevelopment plan and CapEx programming.

  • Monitor performance of hotel’s markets and competitive sets, as well as any changes in the competitive landscape; and
